out to us that we just had 3
straight 100 inches snowfall
months. The last time that
happened was in 92-93. Nice...

Snowfall Outlook...
Light snow showers develop late
tonight and early Wednesday
followed by dry weather on
Wednesday afternoon through
Friday morning. Snowfall then
returns on Friday late afternoon
and night with clearing expected
on Saturday morning.
Amounts with tonight's storm
shouldn't exceed a couple of
inches with close to 10"
possible from the storm on
Friday night.
Dry and warmer weather is then
expected on Sunday and into next
Tuesday followed by the next
chance for snow around St.
Patty's Day, probably just a
minor storm if it happens at
all. A more active storm
pattern is then forecast for
after March 19th.

Bio: Always fascinated with

for the Sesame snow
course (Main Lodge) As
reported in the 7 AM
daily snow report for
new snow.
This was the forecast from
the first week of
December... The big old high
over Alaska and a westerly
flow into California.
One would expect to see more
and more of this pattern
over the next 100 days.

When you called in, you got a detailed
discussion on Mammoth Mountains weather
and snowfall forecast.
Now it's 2010 and we
have hundreds of weather links and detailed
discussion Blogs. The best part is
most of it you can get access to for free.
I still think the best two forecasts are
The Window Cast and The Vermont Weather
Stick. You will never go wrong with
those!
